In both open and on-site trainings, all participants receive a manual which serves as a significant resource during and after the training. The manual includes descriptions of course elements, technical skills, processing techniques, ACA standards, and samples of course management forms. At the conclusion of each training session, ERi will issue each participant a certificate recognizing that the acquired skill sets meet or exceed industry standards.
